"When I found a single rose from my Grandmothers bouquet in an old family book, I loved it so much that I wanted to try pressing more flowers from special occasions. Seeing my enthusiasm my father made a
beautiful
flower press and I was hooked.
Over time, I learnt which methods worked best for each type of flower and later, how to preserve flowers three dimensionally.
In 1988 I launched Precious Petals. Things grew from strength to strength, from the early days of working from at the kitchen table in our little cottage in Bramley the business grew.
Quickly, florists, brides and grooms throughout the country got to know about the exceptional flower preservation results I was achieving.
In 1999 and 2018 I was thrilled to be asked to preserve the flowers from the Royal weddings.
Over the years we have also been asked to preserve flowers from celebrity weddings and sporting events including Olympic flowers.
Our reputation is second to none, we are proud to have become a centre where other flower preservers have learnt their craft.
Precious Petals has long outgrown our little cottage and we now have a modern studio in the village where our customers are welcomed to view our work and decide how they would like to have their flowers preserved.
We offer a nationwide service and have had flowers sent to us from all over the world.
Our talented team of flower preservers, artists and crafts people work hard to create beautiful mementos to be treasured for years to come.
At Precious Petals we never forget that each display that we make holds special memories for our customers to be treasured for years to come.
